The Ticketmaster Account Manager allows you to view and manage all your upcoming events, tickets, and personal information in one convenient place. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to access your Account Manager on both desktop and mobile.
On Desktop
1. Go to www.ticketmaster.com and click “My Account” at the top right of the page.
2. You will be prompted to log in to your Ticketmaster account. Enter your email address and password and click “Sign In.”
3. Once logged in, you will be taken to your Account Manager dashboard. Here you can see an overview of your upcoming events, recent orders, saved payment methods, mailing address, newsletter preferences, and more.
4. To view and manage your tickets, click on “My Tickets.” This will show you a list of all your upcoming and past events. Click “View Tickets” on any event to see details like the event date, venue, seat location, and barcode.
5. To manage your personal info, click on “Personal Details.” Here you can update your name, email, password, mailing address, and more.
6. To view and edit your saved payment methods, click “Payment Options.” You’ll see any credit cards or other payment methods you have stored in your account.
7. Click “Communication Preferences” to opt out of marketing emails, SMS, and postal mail from Ticketmaster.
8. You can also access your full order history by clicking “Order History” and view your Favorite Events and share them with friends under “My Favorites.”
9. When you are done managing your Ticketmaster account, you can click your name at the top right and select “Sign Out.”
On Mobile
1. Download and open the Ticketmaster app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Tap “Account” at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Log in by entering your Ticketmaster email and password and tapping “Sign In.”
4. After logging in, you’ll be taken to your Account page. Tap the menu icon in the top left to view and navigate between the different sections of your Account Manager.
5. Tap “My Tickets” to view your upcoming and past events. Tap any event for more details and actions like transferring tickets.
6. View and update your personal details under “Profile.” Settings here include your name, email, password, notifications, and more.
7. Manage your payment methods by tapping “Payment.” View, edit, delete, and add credit cards or other payment options.
8. Adjust your email, SMS, and mail preferences by going to “Communication.” Opt out of non-essential notifications.
9. See your full order history by selecting “Orders.” You can also view your favorite events and share them under “Favorites.”
10. When finished, tap your name at the top of the Account screen and select “Sign Out” to log out.
Changing Your Password
If you need to change your Ticketmaster account password, here are the steps:
On desktop:
1. Log in to your Account Manager at ticketmaster.com.
2. Click on “Personal Details.”
3. Next to password, click “Change.”
4. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice.
5. Click “Continue” to save your new password.
On mobile:
1. In the Ticketmaster app, tap “Account” then tap the menu icon.
2. Tap “Profile.”
3. Tap “Change Password.”
4. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm the new password.
5. Tap “Change Password” to save.
Your Ticketmaster password must be between 8-20 characters long, contain at least one letter and number, and cannot match your email address.
Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your Ticketmaster account password, you can easily reset it:
On desktop:
1. On the Ticketmaster login page, click “Forgot password?”
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click “Send Reset Link.”
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset message from Ticketmaster. Click the link to create a new password.
On mobile:
1. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
2. Enter your account email address and tap “Send Reset Link.”
3. Open the reset link from the email and create a new password.
You will have to log back into your account using the new password you created. If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam folder.
Managing Notification Preferences
Ticketmaster will send you email, text message, and postal mail updates about your account activity by default. You can manage your notification preferences from your Account Manager:
On desktop:
1. Log in and click on “Communication Preferences.”
2. Adjust your preferences for email, SMS, and mail notifications.
3. Uncheck any boxes for notifications you don’t want to receive.
4. Scroll down and click “Save” to update your settings.
On mobile:
1. In your Account, tap the menu icon and tap “Communication.”
2. Tap into each notification type to view and update your preferences.
3. Toggle options on or off based on if you want to receive that type of alert.
4. Tap “Save” at the top to apply your new settings.
You can opt out of promotional emails, tickets alerts, partner offers, and other non-essential notifications while still receiving important order updates.
Adding Payment Methods
Saving payment methods to your Ticketmaster Account Manager allows quick, easy checkout. Here’s how to add a credit/debit card or PayPal:
On desktop:
1. Log into your account and click on “Payment Options.”
2. Click “Add New.”
3. Select “Credit Card” or “PayPal” and enter your details.
4. Make sure the billing address is correct. Click “Save” when done.
On mobile:
1. Tap the menu icon and select “Payment.”
2. Tap the “+” icon to add a new payment.
3. Enter your credit/debit card details or log into your PayPal account.
4. Double check the billing address, then tap “Save.”
Your new payment method will now be available to use for future Ticketmaster purchases and charges.
Purchasing Tickets
There are a couple ways to buy tickets using your Ticketmaster Account Manager:
On desktop:
1. Find the event you want to attend and click “Buy Tickets.”
2. If already logged in, your account info will auto-populate at checkout. Or, log in before selecting tickets.
3. Select your tickets and click “Next.”
4. Enter the recipient details if buying for someone else.
5. Select delivery method. “Account Manager” will save to your Ticketmaster account.
6. Review order and click “Purchase” to complete checkout.
On mobile:
1. Tap “Buy” on the event you want tickets for.
2. Make sure you’re logged into your account if it doesn’t auto-populate.
3. Select your ticket quantity and type, then tap “Next.”
4. Enter recipient info if sending tickets to someone else.
5. Select mobile delivery to access tickets on your phone.
6. Review your order details and tap “Buy” to finish checkout.
Your newly purchased tickets will be visible in your Account Manager under “My Tickets.”
Transferring Tickets
If you need to send tickets you purchased to someone else, you can easily transfer them via your Account Manager:
On desktop:
1. Under “My Tickets,” click “Transfer” next to the event.
2. Enter the recipient’s name, email address, and an optional message.
3. Click “Transfer Tickets.” Your friend will receive instructions to accept the tickets.
On mobile:
1. In “My Tickets,” tap the overflow menu next to the event and tap “Transfer.”
2. Enter the recipient’s name, email, and optional message.
3. Tap “Transfer” to send the tickets to your friend.
You can transfer tickets anytime up until the event starts. The recipient must accept the transfer to gain access to the tickets.
